These are the Five Elements of the CoachingIntentionally™ Model^©:

• Intimacy & Ultimacy - Engage and Connect what is Intimate with what is Ultimate. Be in relationship.
• Simplify - Keep It Simple
• Tell the Truth - Your Soul's Truth
• Engage the Conversations that Matters
• Be Present to what is

Unlike many models where each component is a step or a or a sequence, these five elements are inter-related.

For the model to work, to be in the flow, to live intentionally, to work intentionally, to lead intentionally, or to coach intentionally - all five must be present..

You can certainly live, work, lead, and coach without all five. But, it is in the coming together of the five which generates the state of flow and clarity. Life becomes Play. It is like the difference between running vs running in the groove or playing basketball or being "in the zone" playing basketball.

The combination and their inter-relation creates the magic.
