Coaching Fees:

The first conversation is complimentary. We use it to try each other out to see if we will work well together. Coaching is a collaborative and co-developed learning environment and we want to determine if by working together we will get the results you want.

I work on a retainer with most of my clients. I am paid monthly prior to the first session. Visa/MC are my preferred payment methods.  

Monthly Fee as a Business Coach/Mentor Coach for Coaches
$250 for a one hour - power breakthrough session
$350/month for two 45 minute sessions
$500/month for three 45 minute sessions 
(package deals on sessions & months available)

Most of my clients opt for the 3x45 package.  Typical sessions are 45minutes in length, but I block out an hour just in case.  We meet once a week for the first three weeks of the month. Fourth week is for reintegrating, charging, exploring, learning, trips, etc.   We will structure whatever works best for you. (I've worked with some clients who want to meet every day for a week for 15 minutes every two weeks.) 

Discovery Session: A Discovery Session is held with every new client.
This is where we co-create the relationship and discover what is and what is possible.
This is a 2hr session and has a set fee of $500.  Included in this session are several assessments to give you a better understanding of who you are, where you are, what your strengths are and how you prefer to communicate.  (Strengths Finder & MBTI are two of them)

Mentor Coach - recording review fees
As a mentor coach I am often asked to listen to recordings of client coaching sessions and give feedback on them.   When technologically possible we can use one of your sessions with me to review a 30min recording (with stops, starts, and feedback we will fill an hour).  We will record these sessions over a conference call so that you can keep an edited recording.   Existing clients may book a separate 1 hour session with me for this purpose for $185.  Otherwise I charge $250 for the hour session.   Note: all recordings must be with the consent of all parties involved.  Please either provide either written approval or spoken approval on the recording of the session.
