Ethical CodesEthical Codes, Conduct and Review are paramount to any profession, coaching is no exception. Matthew Rochte, founder of CoachingIntentionally™, takes ethics seriously and has served on the ICF Ethics & Standards Committee since 2002 to uphold and strengthen the coaching profession.. CoachingIntentionally™ Coaches and Associates acknowledge and agree to honor their ethical obligations to their coaching clients, coaches, colleagues and the public at large. We pledge to comply with International Association of Coaches as well as the International Coach Federation’s Code of Ethics, to treat people with dignity as independent and equal human beings, and to model these standards with those whom we coach.
