Executive Coaching Bio (more tradition bio regarding the other half of my business, when I am not coaching coaches.)
Those people who say they've been a coach all their lives are full of crap.
When did you fully realize the role you were playing in people's lives? That's what I want to know. If you think you are done learning then I don't want to talk to you. I am about stretching, growing and inspiring and if you are not up to that then you are wasting my time and wasting your money. I started coaching 15years ago shortly after I met a man who changed my life, Geno Johnson. He met me, a boy of a man and a real SOB, and gave me my first clear coaching experience. I wanted to hire the best, and he was, AND he told me NO! Not unless I was willing to change the way I thoutght, change the way I interacted with people, and change what I ate. Otherwise, it was a waste of his time and a waste of my money and walked away to let me decide. (sound familiar?) He met me straight on, told me what he saw and left it up to me to decide what to do. Lazer coaching. It was painful and healing at the same time.I didn't take offense because I KNEW he saw me cleanly, and I KNEW what he said was true. I KNEW he was there to help. I just had to own up to it and act on it. I have spent the past 15 years learning to be as good as he was. Somedays I'm there otherdays, well - not so much (we're all human). My coaching style has been related to a gentle dragon - knowing when to embrace and knowing when to ignite the forest. Being the explorer of life that I am I have been known as a Navigator Coach. More recently I have been called a spiritual chiropractor, adjusting client's intentions with their soul so they see, be, and act cleanly, Although some have called me masterful at times I think I still have a long way to go. I know many who are better than I and I aspire to emulate and learn from them. I impart my learnings onto my clients. I don't hold back. I share my resources freely. I live by my curiosity and my passion for inspiration. I listen for the soul of my clients so that I might show it to them from time to time. I am NOT an accountability coach, but that does not mean I won't hold you to the fire. I believe if we find that passion you won't need me to be task master, but rather a fellow dragon rider to your creation. Last year I dropped my standing prohibition against coaching coaches. I had long held that the industry had too many coaches coaching coaches and most of them doing an appauling job at it. Too few had real experience and too many that's all they did. When coaches kept showing up on my doorstep and a dear colleague whapped me over the head I woke up. She called me forth to start coaching coaches on integrated coaching and teaching the basics of business. There is an expression "When the student is ready the teacher will appear." Well, the reverse I've discovered is true too. When the teacher is ready . . . This teacher is ready. I am integrative coach. The cornerstones to my coaching are:

I am a serial entrepreneur. I am a business person. I am a conscious capitalist. I am a teacher. I am a student of life. I am an explorer. If you re ready to GoDeep in your work AND you are truly ready to stretch, grow, and be inspired by yourself. Then lets talk, find your dragons and make it happen. Executive Coach Bio: Matthew is an Executive Business Coach who specializes in Spiritual / Conscious Capitalism and its ties to Spiritual Intelligence (SQ).
